Terms of Use
The rules for using this website, and the limits of what anything on it can do for you.
This site is information, not care
Everything published here — condition pages, service pages, journal articles — is general educational information. It is written carefully and reviewed by licensed clinicians, and it still cannot account for your history, your examination findings, or your circumstances.
Reading this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That begins when you are examined by one of our clinicians.
Do not delay care because of something you read here
If you are experiencing loss of bladder or bowel control, saddle numbness, progressive weakness, symptoms of stroke, chest pain, or any other medical emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency department. Do not use this website, our contact form, or email for urgent concerns.
No guarantee of outcome
Patient results shown on this site are individual experiences. Outcome statistics are drawn from our own records and describe averages across a population — they are not a prediction about you, and nothing here should be read as a promise of any particular result.
Appointments and cancellations
- Appointment requests submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings. A member of staff will contact you to confirm.
- We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
- A $35 fee applies to no-shows after the first occurrence.
- Promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated alongside them and cannot be combined.
Fees
Rates published on the pricing page are current at the date shown and may change. Your actual cost depends on your insurance benefits and the plan your examination supports. You receive a written estimate before treatment begins.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Spine + Performance is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. This does not limit liability for the care we actually provide, which is governed by professional standards and Ohio law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
