Appointments and cancellations

• Appointment requests submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings. A member of staff will contact you to confirm.
• We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• A $35 fee applies to no-shows after the first occurrence.
• Promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated alongside them and cannot be combined.

Fees

Rates published on the pricing page are current at the date shown and may change. Your actual cost depends on your insurance benefits and the plan your examination supports. You receive a written estimate before treatment begins.
